Draft — pending legal review. This text is a working draft and is not yet in force.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and for use of Orbit Agentic Sales. By creating a workspace you accept them.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials safe and enable two-factor authentication. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign.
3. Acceptable use
You must have a lawful basis for every contact you add and every message you send, follow anti-spam and data protection laws in the countries you target, and honour opt-outs promptly.
You may not use Orbit to send unsolicited bulk messages, to scrape sites whose terms forbid it, to process special-category data, or to harass anyone. We may suspend workspaces that put recipients or the service at risk.
4. Your data
You own your workspace data. You give us permission to host and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy and data processing terms. You can export or delete it at any time.
5. AI-generated content
Drafts are suggestions. They are checked automatically but can still be wrong; a person in your team must review every message before it is used, and you are responsible for what you send.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on services you connect, such as your own Anthropic API key. Their terms and charges apply to that use.
7. Plans and fees
Each plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for each period; fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. On closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of , and its courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
